About Wriggly Tin Wine

Our journey began in 2017.

The idea for Wriggly Tin began over a few glasses of wine with friends around the kitchen table. After years working in the wine industry for a national company, Sarah helped a friend choose wines to go with the food at a supper party.

She offered to come along and talk about the wines and why they had chosen them. That conversation became the beginning of Wriggly Tin Wine.

Today, Wriggly Tin is an independent wine merchant based near Grantham, helping local customers and hospitality businesses find wines that suit their tastes, menus and budgets.

Why Wriggly Tin?

The name comes from the small barn at home that we have always called the Wriggly Tin. When the company began, it was refurbished with climate control to store the wines—and the name followed naturally.

Expertise, passion and reliability remain at the heart of the business, with wines from smaller producers and practical help with pairings and tasting notes.
