How much do I have to order?

We do sell wines and champagnes by the bottle. However, for shipping purposes, they have to be packed into a box, hence we charge a fixed shipping price if your order is below £200 for National deliveries or below £80 in our free delivery region.

Do you have any special offers?

Our special offers are all listed on our home page. They change all the time so keep checking back to see. If you sign oup for email notifications we will send you email updates on any new special offers and regular emails letting you know about any upcoming events and deals.

When will I receive my order?

We despatch all orders received before 12pm on a next day service as long as all your products show as available for next day delivery. If you order after 12pm we’ll send it the next working day. For orders placed with our Free Delivery option we will contact you to advise on the delivery date.

I’ve selected local delivery. When will I receive my wine?

For orders over £80 with a qualifying postcode (the full list is Delivery section) we offer free delivery. If your order is under this and has a qualifying postcode we charge a flat £4.99. Once you’ve placed your order a member of our team will contact you to let you know when our friendly driver can deliver your bottles.

Orders placed on a Friday after 12, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday.

Can I have a Saturday Delivery? 

Yes, however the charges may vary from Monday-Friday deliveries.

What is a Non Stocked Wine?

Some of our wines are not stocked in our warehouse but can be ordered for delivery with a 2-4 day delivery time. You will be advised of wines that are non stocked during the order process. When your order has a combination of stocked wines and non stocked wines we will deliver the order as one, therefore it will usually be 2-4 days.

Can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from our Wriggly Tin warehouse by prior arrangement please call us to arrange this on +44 (0) 1400 230 679.

Are the bottles in the pictures the ones I’ll receive?

No, not always the images on our site are purely for illustrative purposes only and often show different vintages. Things like packaging, closure and bottle colour can even change in the same vintage. We try to keep our website up to date but sometimes changes are unavoidable.

If the vintage of my wine changes, do you send it anyway?

As a general rule, no, however some items may slip through if the producer has changed the vintage and we have not been made aware. We will endeavour to contact you to let you know about any vintage changes. You then have the option to accept the vintage change or cancel your order request.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations so if you change your mind for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order please let us know by calling +44 (0) 1400 230 679 within this timeframe. The cost of returning the order will be at your expense and we will refund you, less the original delivery cost (£9.99 for orders below and above £200) once we have safely received the products.

My order is incorrect or broken – what should I do?

If your wine is not what you ordered please let us know within 2 days we will arrange for the collection of it and redespatch of a replacement order. There will be no additional carriage expense in this instance. If your order has arrived broken please let us know straight away.

My wine is faulty/corked what can I do?

Unfortunately from time to time the odd bottle is faulty/corked this is something we have no control over when we send the product out in good faith.  Please contact us on +44 (0) 1400 230 69 or email at office@wrigglytinwine.co.uk and we will do all we can to help.  If more than one bottle has a problem, by letting us know promplty, we can make sure the producer knows in case there is a batch problem.
