Camel Valley Sparkling Brut 2022 Camel Valley Sparkling Brut 2022 is a proper English fizz with pedigree: fresh, poised and quietly luxurious, made from Chardonnay, Seyval Blanc and Pinot Blanc grown in Southern England. The wine is made from free-run and first-press juice, then aged sur latte for 18 months. Expect golden apple, lemon, peach and white flowers, with a little toast, cashew and lemon tart richness underneath.
It has a creamy mousse, bright freshness and a long, polished finish. Serve Camel Valley Sparkling Brut 2022 as a celebration bottle, with canapes, smoked fish, lobster, or chicken and tarragon pie.
