Cave OEdoria Beaujolais L'Exception

Cave OEdoria Beaujolais L'Exception Oedoria is a cooperative winery formed from the merger of three long-standing wineries in Beaujolais : Cave des Vignerons de Liergues (1929), Cave du Beauvallon de Theizé (1959) and Cave des Vignerons du Doury à Létra (1956), which joined in 2011. In June 2018, members of Cave de Gleizé join Oedoria too.

It is made up of 300 active cooperative winegrowers farming more than 1000 hectares of vines spread all over the Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées area. On the gently sloping hills blessed with remarkable sun exposure, Gamay, Chardonnay, and Pinot noir express their richly diverse aromas that result in such fabulous blends. This cuvée presents a great wealth of aromas and an ample, well-structured palate.
