Champagne De Saint Gall - Influences Gift Box 4 x 75cl Cellar master Cédric Jacopin has created 4 original wines of different origins which perfectly embody the distinctive personalities of the outstanding Grand Cru villages of Ambonnay, Cramant and Oger and the Premier Cru village of Vertus.

The L’Expressif is made predominantly from grapes grown in the village of Oger (47% of the blend), in the heart of the kingdom of Chardonnay, and is influenced largely by this Grand Cru classified terroir in the Côte des Blancs. The Le Charpenté is produced mainly from grapes grown in the village of Ambonnay (66% of the blend), southeast of the Montagne de Reims.

This village enjoys a southern exposure and exceptional levels of sunshine which result in perfectly ripe Pinot Noirs. is largely influenced by this Grand Cru classified terroir in the Montagne de Reims. Le Minéral is made predominantly from grapes grown in the village of Cramant (52% of the blend), situated south of Epernay, and is largely influenced by this Grand Cru classified terroir in the Côte des Blancs.
