Lunetta 0% is an innovative non-alcoholic sparkling drink from Cavit, one of Trentino's leading co-operatives in northeast Italy's mountainous wine region. This clever creation joins their successful Lunetta range, offering a genuine 0% alcohol alternative that doesn't sacrifice flavour or character.

Made from carefully selected Moscato and Chardonnay grape musts, the grapes are picked slightly early to preserve crisp, vibrant acidity. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must is immediately filtered and stored in refrigerated tanks to prevent any alcoholic fermentation. Carbon dioxide is then added to create an appealing fizz whilst enhancing the fresh, grapey aromas.

Tasting Profile: Delicate grapey aromas are enhanced by notes of tropical fruits on the nose. The palate delivers fresh and rounded lemon and grapefruit characters, with natural sweetness beautifully balanced by crisp, zesty acidity. Light, refreshing and moreish.
