Mirabello Pinot Grigio – Delle Venezie DOC Mirabello Pinot Grigio is a versatile, textured example of Pinot Grigio from the Veneto in north-eastern Italy, bottled under the Delle Venezie DOC. It’s made to be crisp, clean and food-friendly, with enough texture to work brilliantly by the glass.

A fresh, dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas. Crisp and delicate on the palate with orchard fruit and lightly honeyed notes, balanced by lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish.

Production

and ageing Produced from selected Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the Veneto and harvested during the first two weeks of September. Grapes are crushed and gently pressed, then the juice is settled and clarified before cool fermentation at 16–18°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Bottled young after 3–6 months ageing on fine lees in stainless steel.
