Bremerton's Verdelho is made from only free-run juice. Focused on the nose with lifted perfumed citrus aromas. The palate is bright and textural with fine acid balance and great length of flavour.
Vinification
details The Verdelho is made using only the free run juice with minimal skin contact to keep the flavours fresh and bright. Parcels were picked at optimum ripeness for best pure flavour and acid balance then fermented separately. Selected base parcels were then blended to give the best balance of flavour and texture.
