Piedra Negra Organic Pinot Gris

Tasting Note

Clear pale colour with bright hue. The nose is fresh with lime and lemon notes. Very fresh attack on the palate with a crisp acidity, delicate aromas of white flowers and a beautiful aromatic persistence on the finish.

Vinification

Process Quick pressing to avoid extraction. Clarified naturally using cold treatment & fermented at low temperature with selected yeasts. Aging on fine lees for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
